Delete your Dosely account

How to permanently delete your Dosely account and all associated data.

Dosely, published by Sochi Kai, lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Dosely.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and data are permanently deleted immediately.

Don’t have the app installed?

Email supportdoselyapp@gmail.com from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll verify and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account, medications and schedules, dose history, and any caregiver links — permanently, with no recovery.

What we keep

App-store/subscription purchase records are held by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat per their policies (cancel your subscription in your store account to stop billing). Residual backups are purged within 30 days. We keep only what the law requires.
